HAN Xiaosheng, male, born in February 1957, party member, doctor and senior accountant. He has been a member of the 10th and 11th Wuhan Committee of the CPPCC, vice chairman of Wuhan Federation of Industry and Commerce, and executive member of Hubei Federation of Industry and Commerce. He was also once vice president of Guangcai Investment Group Co Ltd, vice president of China Oceanwide Holding Group Co Ltd, director of the 3rd and 5th Board of Directors of Oceanwide Construction Group Co Ltd, and president of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is director of the 6th Board of Directors of Oceanwide Construction Group Co Ltd as well as board chairman of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd.

WU Daoyuan, male, born in February 1956, party member, MBA. He was once a technician of WISCO Cold Rolling Plant, director of Youth League Committee and Organization of the company, deputy director of the Secretariat of General Office of Wuhan Party Committee, manager of the China Trade Department of HK Hongming Co Ltd and deputy general manager of Shenzhen Branch, chairman and general manager of Baoxing Real Estate (Shenzhen) Co Ltd. He was once vice president and standing vice president of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is director and president of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd.

Vice President: FENG Song, male, born in May 1970, party member, master’s degree. He once worked as engineer of infrastructure construction, deputy manager of different departments, deputy general manager, and manager of international cooperation in a number of companies, including Wuhan Garment Import and Export Co Ltd, Shenzhen China Foreign Trade Development Corporation, Shenzhen Anrong Investment Co Ltd, Wuhan Huitong Property Co Ltd (a Sino-Germany JV). He was also deputy general manager of the Department of Planning and Design, general manager of the Department of Operation and Planning, and marketing director of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is vice president of the company.
Vice President: WANG Jun
Vice President: WANG Jun, female, born in February 1970, party member, master’s degree, senior architect, director member of Wuhan Association of Civil Engineering and Architecture, and representative of the 11th Wuhan Municipal Women’s Congress. She worked as deputy director of Wuhan Institute of Civil Architectural Design, mainly engaged in planning and design, architectural design and related administrative works. What’s more, she has also independently completed many projects on planning and architectural design in recent 10 years and has won a series of rewards on excellent design granted by the State Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Hubei province, Wuhan city as well as the website of China Residential Design. Meanwhile, she has also published numerous papers on national key journals and has won the second prize for Excellent Academic Paper of Wuhan Natural Science and third prize of Wuhan Scientific and Technological Progress. In addition, she was once awarded “Excellent Reporter” by Changjiang Daily. She was also general manager of the Department of Planning and Design and planning director of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, she is vice president of the company.

Chief Financial Officer: LIU Guosheng, male, born in October 1968, master of Economics, senior accountant. He was once accountant of Weifang Oceanwide Hotel, deputy director and director of the Financial Department of Bohai University of Weifang city. He has also been deputy general manager and general manager of the financial department and deputy chief financial officer of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is chief financial officer of the company.
Chief Engineering Officer: QIAN Xiaobin
Chief Engineering Officer: QIAN Xiaobin, male, born in August 1965, engineering master, senior engineer, expert judge for project bidding in Hubei province and Wuhan city. He worked before as manager of Office of Civil Engineering Technology of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company Ltd, director of the Department of Infrastructure Construction of Wuhan Chenming Hanyang Paper Co Ltd, director and deputy chief engineer of the Engineering Department of Wuhan Bao’an Real Estate Development Co Ltd. Furthermore, he was also once deputy general manager and general manager of the Department of Infrastructure Construction and general manager of the Department of Project Construction of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. He is currently chief engineering officer of the company.
Chief Administration Officer: LIN Jianyong
Chief Administration Officer: LIN Jianyong, male, born in October 1963, party member, bachelor’s degree. He worked before as a platoon leader, instructor, deputy staff officer, and deputy director of the Secretariat of Chinese People’s Liberation Army. He was also once director of the Secretariat, deputy general manager of the Department of Planning, general manager of the Department of Operation, and general manager of the Department of Human Resources of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is chief administration officer of the company.

President's Assistant: SUN Zhengjun, male, born in February 1975, master’s degree, national first-grade registered construction engineer. He worked before as technician, project director and manager of Wuchang Residence Construction and Development Co Ltd, manager of the Engineering Department of Wuhan Sanjiang Space Real Estate Development Co Ltd of China Sanjiang Space Group. He was also once deputy general manager of the Engineering Department, the Department of Land Management, and deputy general manager of Oceanwide Property Management Co Ltd Wuhan Branch, and general manager of No 1 Department of Project Development of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is president assistant of the company as well as general manager of Wuhan Oceanwide City Square Development and Investment Co Ltd.

He worked before as accountant of Hubei Automobile Group Co Ltd, and audit manager of Hubei Daxin Accounting Firm. He was also once director and officer of the Financial Department, and general manager of the Department of Assets and Finance of Wuhan CBD Investment & Development Co Ltd. Currently, he is chief cost officer of the company.
